KIAF SEOUL 2025

Gallery Delaive is pleased to participate in the 24th edition of Kiaf SEOUL at COEX, opening on September 3, 2025.
We will showcase paintings, sculptures, and works on paper by international artists.
Highlights include canvas and cardboard works by Ayako Rokkaku. These works reveal Rokkaku’s distinctive process, in which she uses the palm of her hand to create expressive, abstract backgrounds before completing each composition with her characteristic little girl figure.
The backgrounds are filled with playful and whimsical elements, including rainbows, elephants, butterflies, flowers, ducks, and other imaginative motifs. Together, the works on view at KIAF SEOUL span the period from 2007 to 2020, offering an insight into the development of Rokkaku’s artistic practice over more than a decade.
The gallery will also present two works by internationally recognized American abstract expressionist Sam Francis,
known for his vibrant color, dynamic brushwork, and use of white space. His compositions evoke movement and light.
A canvas work by Walasse Ting from the 1980s, created in Amsterdam, will also be on view.
Ting is known for colorful, expressive portraits, often depicting women surrounded by flowers.
Featured artists at Kiaf SEOUL include Ayako Rokkaku, Sam Francis, Walasse Ting, Peter Anton, and Takashi Murakami.
