Inspired by the Venus of Willendorf, a Paleolithic fertility figure dating to around 23,000 BC, Jeff Koons reimagines this ancient symbol as a contemporary goddess of love. Part of his Antiquity series, Balloon Venus combines timeless symbolism with Koons’ signature reflective, balloon-like forms, playfully bridging art history and contemporary aesthetics.
